Folio Interiors collaborated closely with the condominium board and property management team to reimagine the lobby, concierge area, residential corridors, elevator lobbies, and party room, delivering a cohesive design that balances timeless elegance with long-term functionality.

The project involved extensive upgrades including new flooring, architectural wall treatments, custom millwork, contemporary lighting, and refined finish selections throughout the building. Existing architectural limitations, including uneven concrete slabs, textured wall surfaces, and concealed mechanical systems, required creative design solutions and careful coordination throughout construction. The completed renovation delivers a sophisticated environment that improves daily resident experience while enhancing the building's long-term value and visual identity.
